- 1 banana
- 1 handful parsley sprigs
- 2 inches cucumber (washed well but unpeeled)
- 1/4 inch ginger root (peeled)
- 1/2 cup yogurt (or 1 scoop of protein powder*)
- 4 strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1 peach (or 1 manago or nectarine)
- 1 lime (medium, juice of)
- honey
- agave nectar
- ice (lots of, – I use about 2 cups)
