    I was confused by the directions for hand mixing. I have made bread in the past but not gluten-free so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The directions instruct to add all the dry ingredients including the yeast and set aside. The next paragraph instructs you to mix the yeast with warm water, so I was confused. The it doesn’t instruction how to mix the wet ingredients together with the dry. So I just put everything together and add it to the dry.

    Tasty gluten-free bread. Will sub the millet flour with gluten-free oat flour the next time. Thanks for sharing.
