- 5 bay leaves (my addition)
- olive oil (Good)
- kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup diced red onions (small-, 1 small onion)
- 1 1/2 cups diced celery (small-, 4 stalks)
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper (small-diced, 1 small pepper)
- 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper (small-diced, 1 small pepper)
- 1/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. capers (drained)
- 1/4 tsp. hot sauce (recommended: Tabasco)
- 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. crab boil seasoning (recommended: Old Bay)
- 3 slices bread (stale, crusts removed or Panko crumbs, I used 1/2 bread crumbs and1/2 Panko crumbs)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (good)
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 large eggs (extra-, lightly beaten)
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 3 Tbsp. parsley (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. green olives (with pimento, finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. capers (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. green pepper (finely chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- freshly cracked black pepper
- Sriracha sauce (Splash of, or Tabasco, My addition)
