Description
I love this recipe and created it when I was avoiding many food sensitivities they are one my new favorite treats
Ingredients
US|METRIC
12 SERVINGS
- 1 cup honey
- 1/2 a cup of milk, coconut or almond.
- 1/2 cup of coconut oil
- 1/2 cup of almond butter
- 3 cups of gluten free oats
- 1 tablespoon almond flavor (or vanilla if you don't have the almond flavor)

Directions
- combine all ingredients minus the oats in a pan and bring to a boil
- turn off stove, add oats and stir
- Use a ice cream scooper to scoop the cookie batter on to parchment paper
- freeze in freezer until fully frozen
- Enjoy!
