- 15 oz. black beans (or 2 cups of cooked black beans)
- 2 cups cooked chicken breasts (shredded)
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 16 oz. shredded cheese (favorite, I used mozzarella + sharp cheddar)
- sour cream (garnish, optional)
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
