I made these exactly as written aside from using fructose rather than regular table sugar. My boyfriend said that they were the best dinner rolls that he has ever had! This recipe will definitely be one to save to make again and again.

I love this recipe! the rolls are super tender and the recipe itself yields well to altering. I've made this a few times as is..and even used fresh herbs and garlic to spice em up for some amazing garlic rolls. definitely my go to for rolls every time!

Mixed by hand and didn’t bother with the saucepan steps; just microwaved the butter mixture about 20 seconds to soften it; lukewarm is usually fine for yeast to do its thing. Rolls turned out great. Go heavy on the butter at the end if you want to really taste it; or just butter the roll as you usually would with any dinner roll.

I made these with my Magimix Patisserie. I have tried more than 20-30 recipes. In this machine many have come out inedible. But these were perfect. Delicious and flavourful, I baked them in a deep lasagne dish out I had and the results were spectacular. I’m about to try another batch now.

Turned out wonderful! Used olive oil instead of butter and Almond milk instead of cows milk. Best dinner rolls!

simple and easy. used only 2 cups of flower and it worked perfectly. spread with egg yolk before putting in the oven and they will turn golden and shinny.
