My family's favorite pork chop recipe hands down! I normally have all of the ingredients on hand and pork chops are so inexpensive. I don't do the olive oil and I mix all the dry ingredients including parm cheese all together and do mine that way. Definitely don't skip the step of pounding the meat because that makes them so tender!
