- 1/2 butternut squash (medium organic, or pumpkin peeled and cut into small cubes)
- 2 onions (medium, chopped finely)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (sliced)
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 1 liter stock (organic veg)
- 1 1/2 cups arborio rice
- 1 tsp. chilli flakes
- 1 lemon (zest, organic)
- 1 lemon (juice)
- Himalayan salt (Good pinch pink)
- black pepper
- 4 tsp. nutritional yeast
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil (good quality)
- 1 onion (Finely chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 10 fresh tomatoes (very ripe, chopped or 2 cans organic plumb tomatoes)
- 2 Tbsp. tomato purée
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- black pepper (Big twist)
- 1 pinch chilli flakes (optional)
- 1/2 Tbsp. coconut sugar (optional)
- fresh basil
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (I used a few days old sourdough. Just break up a little and add to your food processor and blitz until you get a fine crumb.)
- 3 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1 pinch chilli flakes
