- 1 lb. ground meat (I used grassfed beef)
- 4 Roma tomatoes (small)
- 5 garlic cloves
- 3 tsp. taco seasoning (The Food Lovers’ Primal Palate Homemade, this blog is awesome, btw!)
- extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (I know it’s not Paleo but I like dairy)
- 1 bunch chard (stems removed)
