- 1 Tbsp. cilantro stems (minced)
- 3/4 cup jack cheese (jalapeno, divided)

Delicious! Great way to serve the mystery squash from the CSA bag! I used the suggested spice blend and cooking time then added leftover Cuban beans and pork, rice, etc. I will definitely use this as inspiration another time!
