- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt (like Lawry's, or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp. Cajun seasoning (or Creole, like Slap Ya Mama, or to taste)
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 1 cup pickle juice
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 3 Tbsp. yellow mustard (or Creole, spicy brown)
- 1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/2 tsp. sauce (Tiger, or other hot sauce)
- 1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper (freshly)
