Turned out great and pretty easy to make! It was part of our Easter lockdown brunch. Made as shown but thought in the future could make with egg whites and turkey sausage for a healthier spin!

It turned out great!!! I made it for dinner last night. I cooked enough for eight servings, instead of four. I ended up using 3 pounds of breakfast sausage instead of the 2 pounds that it called for. I also cooked it with a little bit of Parmesan cheese on top. It seems that by doing this, you do not have to cover it for the last 5 to 7 minutes. My total cook time was 37 minutes. It was so good, that there was only a little bit that was leftover.

Tasted really yummy! I used chicken apple sausage and a little salt and pepper. I had to bake it a little longer than directed but otherwise it went very well. Thanks!

I made it for the first time for a group of friends and it was so good. I just added a little salt and pepper as well as garlic. We will be making this again!

Perfect casserole. I add hot sauce, salt and pepper to eggs. I add some hash browns to bottom sometimes and change up the meats. It's a great base recipe. It keeps perfectly in the fridge so we eat it for many days to make mornings easier.

This was excellent! My family enjoyed it so much we almost didn't have any leftovers. I added some leftover hash browns and also added some ground mustard to the beaten eggs. The only thing I wish I had used was the deep dish baker (it was in use from something else).

Delicious!
The only thing I changed was I used ham instead of sausage. I had some left over ham from dinner the night before. Worked out great!
