- 10 oz. pizza dough (this was a creamy honey wheat dough)
- 2 tsp. olive oil (plus another Tablespoon or so mixed into the pesto if needed)
- mozzarella cheese (thinly sliced, enough to cover the bottom of your pizza)
- 1/3 cup Kalamata olives (chopped)
- 1/3 cup marinated artichoke hearts (chopped)
- 1/2 lb. italian sausage (best not in patty or link form, just loose)
- 1/3 cup prepared pesto (I used garlic scape pesto but any type is fine)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded fontina cheese
