- 1 cup white rice (you can use sushi rice if you have it at home!)
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. brown rice vinegar
- 1/2 block firm tofu
- 4 Tbsp. rice flour
- 1 Tbsp. seasoning (chicken, if you don't have one you can mix your own with paprika powder, salt, garlic powder and pepper)
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1 carrot
- 1 tsp. hoisin sauce (I used the flying goose brand)
- nori sheet
- 1/2 avocado
- white sesame seeds (black and)
- canola oil (for the pan)
