- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp. coconut oil (avocado, grapeseed, or canola oil is fine too., I used avocado this time)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 large egg white
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon (this is optional)
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 2 chocolate (droppers of Sweet Leaf, this is optional)
- 1 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 Tbsp. chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp. almond milk (or your choice of milk)

Great cake! Accidentally added the milk and chips to the cake mix and it was still just fine. I made 2 smaller 5 inch cakes
