This is pretty good. Subtle flavor. Almost juice, liquid rather than smoothie, even with ice.

Tasty! It's a really good smoothie to make if you have some extra spinach and fruit that's not as fresh and you need to finish it off. I don't think it's really "debloating" but it is a really good way to get in a bunch of spinach into your diet even when you don't want to eat salad. (I also used almond-coconut milk in mine and it still tasted just as great)
