Description
My tater tot casserole stems from a variation I have had over the years. When I was a cook, I made pigs in blanket and once I tasted the cream cheese, I just tasted like green chilies should be a part of it. So, I just put together what I like and everyone loves it. Next time I make the blankies, I will upload that recipe as well.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. bacon
- 32 oz. tater tots
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 3/4 cup diced onion
- 8 oz. cheddar (Sharp)
- 8 oz. Monterey Jack
- 2 cans Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 4 oz. salsa verde (Taco Bell)
- 2 tsp. sauce (Worstershire)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions
- Begin browning Beef for approximately 7 minutes; add mushrooms, onion, diced Garlic, 1 tsp. Worstershire and cooked ½ inch diced bacon with garlic, salt, pepper and 1 tsp. Worstershire Sauce
- Set aside and mix Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, and Milk, 1 tsp. Worstershire, Cream of Mushroom Soup and Salsa Verde.
- Layer 8 x 10 glass pan from top to bottom; Cream Sauce Shredded Cheese (lightly) Tots Meat mixture Cream Sauce Shredded Cheese Tots Meat mixture Cream Sauce Shredded Cheese Bake at 350 degrees for 30 Minutes.
