- 5 radishes (medium)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries (or dried cherries)
- 1 granny smith apple (medium)
- 2 oz. soft goat cheese (chilled)
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard (smooth)
- 1 1/2 tsp. honey

- freshly ground pepper
