Only chose this recipe because I had some bananas to use up- so the fact that it was gluten free not the attraction. I have no experience baking gluten free but I would have to say that it was super easy and turned out as described by the recipe author. Reading the review I cut back just a smidge on the cocoa and I added some walnuts. I would have liked more texture so I wonder if would be better if the method was not a blender as it chopped the choc chips up.
I used regular milk instead of coconut milk. It tastes great- needs an ice cream or something to add to it. I think I will freeze and use later as a layer in a parfait. Thanks for the recipe!

Excellent, I doubled the recipe. Used 3 large bananas to make 2 cups. Added chopped walnuts along with the chocolate chips. Very yummy!!!

These things are freakin’ AMAZING. They are the kind of baked good you want to share, but then you don’t because you just want to hoard them all to yourself.
But...the fact that you can make them in the blender so quick & easy, leaves you with no excuse not to share. Right?
Can you say “Double Batch”??
