    Delicious! The second time I made the load, I mixed together well ALL of the dry ingredients instead of including some in the tea/date mixture. of course this excluded the brown sugar. by doing so, the load did not have quite as heavy of a texture. By doing so, the loaf was a bit lighter in texture, but still with a dense, rich taste.
