Easy to make and definitely filling enough to tide you over between meals. I added a little bit of honey just to add a little hint of sweetness.

Love these! So good. I added organic cacao, flaxseed, blended cashews & coconut and made them into on the go snacks. The kids love them and they’re delicious!

overall a good basis for a recipe. i think depending on climate of where you live, you may have to improvise a bit. it is currently 0degrees here so i needed a bit more coconut oil and then I also added more dates than what was called for. i rolled half in coconut for extra flair. i think no matter what these will taste great, its just the consistency which may change with season.

It was great... was a bit too mushy for my liking because i skipped the coconut flakes.

Fantastic!! Great for energy while hiking, biking, kayaking, etc! I made it exactly how the recipe stated and rolled them in coconut flakes before chilling. My husband works manual labor and loves these as a filling snack because they give him energy.

I had no idea what this was going to taste like. I am so blown away right now! LOVE!
I didn’t have unsweetened coconut so I used the sweetened coconut flakes I had in my pantry. I will definitely be making this again and will be recommending to everyone. It tastes like Mexican wedding cookies!

So easy and yummly! ;) Great snack and sweet fix. I added a 1/2 cup Cacao nibs to bump up flavor. Going to make these again and again!

Super easy. A really tasty treat pre workout or sweet after dinner. The best part? Only natural sugar.
Vanilla can be omitted; I've added hemp hearts as well for a bit more protein
Recommend soaking the dates for about 10minutes in water before processing them to make them softer
