im currently vegan and gluten free, so this recipe was helpful in indulging my sweet tooth! (I used flax seed in place of the egg) definitely took less than 20 minutes to cook through, I cooked for 16 minutes and they ended up being pretty dry. really delicious with some melted vegan cream cheese on top!!

Disappointing. I make a blondie version of these brownies which I love, but these were dry and not a good texture compared to those. Even though I have a Vitamix, I still soaked the cashews for an hour. But it was really hard blending them. There were definitely still chunks of cashews when I was done with the batter. I won't be making these again, but my advice to others is blending the cashews first with some water to get a creamy consistency and then add the other ingredients.
