- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks/226 grams, at room temperature)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 6 oz. sweet chocolate (semi-, melted and cooled, I used Callebaut)
- 2 Tbsp. heavy cream
