I was very happy with how these turned out. They were a little sweeter than I like for muffins so next time I will cut back on the sugar. I did not put the sugar on the top and I didnt find they needed it. The suggestion for starting to bake them at a higher temperature so they are nicely domed worked and I will try it with other muffins I make.
