- 1 cup water (for “stopping” the caramelization process)

- 1 lb. confectioner's sugar (sifted)
- 6 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 Tbsp. caramel syrup
- sea salt (or Kosher, to taste)
