Made this with my 3yo as a sous-chef! SUPER EASY & FAST. I am *not* skilled & normally recipes take me twice as long to prep ("active" time) ... not this one, it really took only 20 mins. My toddler got to do all the work on his & loved it. Highly recommend. Take the part about keeping the sauce in the center to heart - its very difficult to get the dough to pinch-shut if it is wet.
