These are amazing. I started a sourdough starter yesterday near my fruit bowl just to make these. Started at 9am, had 2 rising times and they're done at 4p. Use your oven and a wet tea towel over the bowl to speed up rise time.

I’ve made these 3 times now and have finally made them to perfection. They taste like a little piece of heaven. Oh my goodness they are so good. I wish I could use my sourdough starter everyday. These are the best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever tasted.
