- 1 tsp. honey
- 4 cups dandelion greens (chopped, rinsed very well and drained)
- 1/4 red onion (sliced thin)
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 2 oz. soft goat cheese
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 tsp. Hungarian paprika (use a mixture of cayenne and regular paprika if you don’t have hot)
