My husband doesn't like chilli but he liked this! I really liked it! Will definitely make it again. We added cilantro and shredded cheese at the end.

My husband and I discovered this recipe a while back and we refer to it often. The flavor is delicious and hearty and we strive to be as vegetarian as possible. Perfect recipe for us and highly recommend. Even our friends love when we share it with them!

I am not a vegetarian and I LOVED IT!! It was so hearty. It is a stand alone meal. Great recipe! I was weary of adding the carrots but they were perfect. I spiced it up and added two packets of mild chili seasoning. I also double and in some place quadrupled everything. I was cooking for two people for a week. Please try it!
