Replaced ground pork with ground turkey. Used sriracha sauce instead of chili sauce. It was very good!

Loved using the zucchini as noodles. They did water down the sauce, so next time I will cook them separate. I used ground turkey instead of pork. Overall I found the sauce to be very bland.

Good I followed recipe to tee. I would omit the Szechwan peppercorns though - was too overwhelming
I would make it again !
