This was flavorful but a lot of ingredients and Asian pears are expensive. I felt the ginger was too strong and the chicken was a bit dry. I might use thighs next time.

It was really good. I didn't add the asian pear as they were to expensive, but turned out good. Will make again.

Even though I’m not a fan of ginger, this was quite good. Lots of other flavors to make it yummy.

Good recipe, I doubled the pear and may add a dab of honey next time. My family enjoyed over rice!
