- 4 oz. unsweetened chocolate (finely chopped)
- 8 large eggs (well beaten, I beat them in a blender)
- 1/2 orange
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. chocolate liqueur (Godiva or any other)
- 1 cup heavy cream (cold)
- 1 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup confectioners sugar (plus more for dusting)
- 2 tsp. ancho chile powder
- bittersweet chocolate (• Finely grated, for garnish, optional)
