  • 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar (live)
  • 1 tsp. nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp. salt (unprocessed, to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp. vitamin c (crystals, Very optional, only if you want a sharper cheese flavor)
  • 1/2 cup coconut butter
  • 3 Tbsp. coconut oil (at room temperature)
