- 2 cups full-fat coconut milk (divided)
- 4 Tbsp. raw honey (to taste and depending on sweetness of the berries. Start out low – you can always add more)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 tsp. gelatin (quality)
