made it with the strawberry sauce for my partner & he said, "this is the best waffle I've ever had, not even trying to be nice"
I can't eat strawberries right now, so I just put syrup & the chocolate chips on mine, and it was still good!
I used a gluten-free all-purpose flour for the waffle mix & instead of cornstarch in the sauce
