- kosher salt
- 2 cayenne pepper (if you want a little heat)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 cups bread (fresh, on the stale side is good, torn into crumbs or small chunks)
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. canela
- cayenne pepper (A couple pinches of red)
