  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup refined coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 2 teaspoons mushroom powder (Magic)
  • 1 pinch cayenne
  • 2 tablespoons starch (Tapioca or Arrowroot)
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts (chopped, to taste! *some brands have more flavor than others..add a little at a time until you like the flavor!)
  • 8 ounces dairy-free cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt (or more or less to taste- this will depend on the saltiness of your artichoke hearts! because this will vary from brand to brand.)
  • 1/3 cup mayo (if you are serving the dip cold., see note below, optional)
