- 12 garlic (Roasted Cloves of)
- 1/2 cup blanched almond flour
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup refined coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp. mushroom powder (Magic)
- 1 pinch cayenne
- 2 Tbsp. starch (Tapioca or Arrowroot)
- 1 1/2 cups frozen chopped spinach
- 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts (chopped, to taste! *some brands have more flavor than others..add a little at a time until you like the flavor!)
- 8 oz. dairy-free cream cheese
- 1 tsp. salt (or more or less to taste- this will depend on the saltiness of your artichoke hearts! because this will vary from brand to brand.)
- 1/3 cup mayo (if you are serving the dip cold., see note below, optional)
