- 2 cans organic coconut milk (. You are going to use one full can of coconut milk and just the cream for the second can. Refrigerate one of the cans of coconut milk overnight. In the morning open the can and scoop off the cream.)
- 5 Tbsp. organic pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp. pumpkin spice
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 6 Tbsp. pure maple syrup (or raw honey)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- cinnamon (Extra, for dusting, optional, but makes it look so much prettier)
