It was good! But I thought It could have used a little more flavor. It was missing something, but I couldn’t quite figure out what It was

Recently started eliminating wheat from our diets and found this great recipe. The noodles are a completely different texture and taste than your typical wheat pastas, but quite good for gluten free. The kids enjoyed this one, so we will add it to our dinner menu. We will be adding more tomatoes next time as this was the favorite in the dish.
