- 1/4 avocado (medium, chopped)

- 1 tsp. juice (barley grass, powder)
- vitamin c (1/2 teaspoon Nature's Way Alive!, Powder)
- stevia (drops, to taste, I used 4 drops)
- 1 cup sweet cherries (frozen pitted)
- 2/3 cup coconut milk (unsweetened almond-, depending on how thick you want this)
- 1 tsp. beet (Nature's Way, Root Powder)
- vitamin c (1/2 teaspoon Nature's Way Alive!, Powder)
- 2 Tbsp. gluten (free old fashioned oats, optional, for thickness)
