- 160 grams carrots (about 2 medium-sized carrots, washed and chopped into quarters, if using baby-cut carrots, it is not necessary to chop beforehand)
- 40 grams frozen mango (chunks)
- 40 grams pineapple chunks (frozen)
- 40 grams frozen strawberries
- 1/2 banana
- 1 Tbsp. flax seeds (or 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds)
- 1 Tbsp. oats
- 1 1/2 cups water (less if you want thicker smoothies, more if you want thinner smoothies)
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon (optional)
