  • 160 grams carrots (about 2 medium-sized carrots, washed and chopped into quarters, if using baby-cut carrots, it is not necessary to chop beforehand)
  • 40 grams frozen mango (chunks)
  • 40 grams pineapple chunks (frozen)
  • 40 grams frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds (or 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds)
  • 1 tablespoon oats
  • 1 1/2 cups water (less if you want thicker smoothies, more if you want thinner smoothies)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
