Use my mandolin slicer (1/4”), lightly salt cucumber slices and layer them in strainer. Let sit for an hour (shake halfway), then pat/wipe slices with paper towel. Cut the onion down the middle (up and down way, so get half rings) and mandolin slice 1/8”. Adjust sauce ingredients/seasonings to taste.
