- 1/2 tsp. Diamond Crystal® Kosher Salt (; for table salt, use half as much by volume or use the same weight)

- 0.5 oz. rum (or your favorite liquor, 1 tablespoon; 15g, omit if using vanilla extract; see note above)
- 8 oz. milk chocolate (or dark, 1 1/2 cups; 225g, finely chopped)
- 2 oz. coconut oil (1/4 cup; 55g, refined or virgin, see note above)
