- 4 scoops protein powder (raw cacao, make sure you choose a high-quality vegan protein*)
- 1 cup nut butter (organic, I used peanut, but any nut butter will work)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (organic)
- 1/4 cup dates (organic, chopped into small pieces)
- 1 1/2 cups coconut cream (organic, or 1½ cups coconut milk powder and ¾ cup warm water)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 oz. dark chocolate (Tip: Use a bar with 70 to 80 percent cacao for more health benefits)
