    I wanted to make mochi because it's an anime character's (Uraraka from BNHA) favorite food. I followed the directions as close I could because I did not have rice flour. They turned out pretty good except the dough was hard to roll out and mold together to keep the filling in. My problem could have been my choice in flour. I would try to redo it again though!
