- 1 cup granulated sugar (I use raw sugar)
- 6 oz. bittersweet chocolate chips (or of Semi, OR chopped semi or bittersweet chocolate)
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch (can leave this out but it does make it thicker and creamier)
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
