- 1/4 cup chamomile (dried)
- 1/4 cup marshmallow (root)
- 1/4 cup licorice root
- 1 Tbsp. ginger
- 1 Tbsp. chips (cinnamon)
- 3/4 cup raw honey (you can use less but the honey helps cut the spice from the ginger and cinnamon. Plus it is great at soothing an irritated throat.)
