- 1 pinch fenugreek (optional)
- 1/2 cup yoghurt (plain unsweetened)
- 1/3 cup cucumber (diced)
- 1 Tbsp. mint (finely chopped)
- 2/3 cup yoghurt (plain unsweetened)
- 2 cups cooked rice (to serve)
