- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup breakfast meat (chopped cooked, Bacon, sausage, ham, etc.)
- 1/2 cup vegetables (diced, I highly recommend using a few different vegetables. Peppers and onions are a personal favorite!)
- 1 handful greens (fresh finely chopped, Spinach, kale, collard greens, etc.)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (Use your favorite cheese! I love sharp cheddar., optional)

This recipe is great because it can be customized. I'm extremely lazy, lol, so I used Southwestern Style Egg Beaters, canned spinach, canned mushrooms, Mexican blend shredded cheese, and real bacon bits. I was able to fill the muffin tins full and they came out spectacular!!
