- 225 grams plain flour
- 80 grams caster sugar
- 1 large egg
- 500 mL whole milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla essence (I use vanilla extract, it's better)
- 5 large eggs (separated)
- 100 grams plain flour
- 100 grams caster sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 Tbsp. unsalted butter (Once again I used salted butter so I omitted the above salt)
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon (for dusting)
